# Loadium Updates - November 2025

### Security

Following an external penetration test, we reviewed and remediated the findings across our backend and frontend services. Administrative services now authenticate through OAuth 2.0, and internal administration interfaces have been moved behind VPN access. We also completed a full inventory of cookie usage and updated our Cookie Notice accordingly.

### Improvements

* Merged the Responses and Errors pages into a single view, so you no longer need to switch tabs to compare successful and failed requests.
* Reorganized the Timeline Report for clearer reading.
* Improved Compare Test loading performance when comparing multiple runs.
* Added downloadable log links for Kubernetes lab tests.
* Plan information now updates immediately after purchase, without a page refresh.
* Migrated payment notification emails to a more reliable delivery service.

### Bug Fixes

* Fixed an issue where duplicate purchases could be submitted and a package could fail to be created after a successful payment.
* Fixed an issue where signing in to two accounts in the same browser displayed mixed account information.
* Fixed the support popup alignment and an issue where the chatbot failed to open.
* Fixed incorrect color, spacing, and alignment on payment warning messages.
* Corrected the VUH value shown in the FAQ.
