# Loadium Updates – One Account, Multiple Companies

Accounts and companies are now separate in Loadium. A single account can belong to as many companies as you are invited to, with a different role in each.

Previously your account was your company. Inviting a colleague created a new user that belonged permanently to your company, and that user could not join another company or keep an account of their own. Anyone working with two Loadium customers needed two separate accounts.

### Highlights

* Belong to multiple companies with a single account, and switch between them inside Loadium.
* Invite people who already have a Loadium account, without creating a locked-in sub-user.
* Hold a different role in every company you belong to.
* Tests, sessions, files, and reports are scoped to the company you are working in.
* Balance has moved from the user to the company. Everyone in a company now draws from the same wallet.
* Subscription plans are connected to the wallet, with billing handled at company level.
* Dedicated IPs are managed per company and can be assigned to test runs, with region filtering and a warning when a selected location is not compatible.

### Bug Fixes

* Fixed an issue where VUH was not refunded when a test crashed.
* Fixed incorrect calculation of remaining VUH.
* Fixed a "Not Found" warning shown after a subscription was successfully canceled.
* Fixed an issue that allowed free-plan users to select Azure locations.
