* All Administrator roles can now make purchase operations.

## Bug Fixes

* Fixed an issue where 'Copy Table' function wouldn't copy the full name of a label.
* Fixed an issue where file downloading operations would cause a test to crash while the test is initializing.
* Fixed an issue where the runtime of a test would show "0".
